Wyoming Community Foundation

In 2017 the LPCCF received a grant from Wyoming Community Foundation providing the funds to purchase a new wheel for the 7th Street Studio.

Wyoming Humanities Council

The LPCCF received a grant from the Wyoming Humanities Council which allowed for a cultural panel discussion and 40th anniversary screening of Close Encounters of the Third Kind at the Gryphon Theatre.

Union Pacific Foundation

In 2017 the Union Pacific Foundation granted the necessary funds to repair the sidewalks around the Laramie Plains Civic Center. 

State Land and Investment Board & Community Partner Funding

Through the State Land and Investment Bureau and Community Partner Funding granted by both the City of Laramie and Albany County, LPCC was able to rehabilitate the roof. 


Wyoming Cultural Trust Funds

In 2015 the LPCCF received a grant from the Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund to cover the majority of the costs for refinishing the original 1939  floor in Phoenix Ballroom.

The LPCCF also received a grant from the WCTF for the 3rd floor rehabilitation project. Through their funding LPCCF was able to open up 5 rooms, 2 bathrooms, the corridors and update life safety aspects in the building. 


Wyoming Business Council

In 2014 the LPCC received the Community Development Block Grant from the Wyoming Business Council in order to update ADA accessibility and rehabilitate exterior doors to the building.


Etchepare Family Foundation & Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund

In 2014 LPCCF received grants from both the Etchepare Family Foundation and the Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund allowing the rehabilitation and establishment of 7th Street Studio, a community pottery studio. 

Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund

In 2012 the LPCC received a grant from the Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund for a new fly system for the Gryphon Theatre.

The LPCC has received various grants from the Albany County Recreation Board allowing for repair and maintenance of the South Gym, such projects include:

2013: ceiling and paint

2014: updating heating system

2017: new tables and chairs and rehabilitation of exterior doors
