The Phoenix Ballroom is located on the second floor of the Laramie Plains Civic Center, best accessed through the Northwest building entrance. This public facility can accommodate a variety of events, such as music performances, theater productions, lectures, meetings, birthdays, graduations, weddings, and religious services.
