Laramie Plains Civic Center offers rentable spaces for studio, office, and retail use to artists, non-profits, small businesses, and community services varying in size from 100 to 1,700 square feet. LPCC tenant agreements include:
one-year terms
all utilities excluding internet (set individually with local provider of choice)
24/7 building access
negotiable tenant-finish agreements to customize spaces to meet business needs
a building-wide pet-friendly policy
